      @@hannah08658 I've been doing three workouts a week and I am feeling stronger, I also been checking more what I eat daily and taking better care of myself. I can see changes in my body, I feel less bloated and more energized during the day, I do them before work like 7 AM. Highly recommended☺

      I've been doing her videos for 4 or 5 weeks now and just tried this one rofl I think I pulled my entire crotch muscle tendon whatever on the side plank leg raise. Omfg. Im 5'10 and 190 lbs. Im dead. Girl gunna have me walking side to side like Ariana grande. And honestly I'm not mad. Rofl I love Nicole.

    I have never in my life enjoyed exercise. I'm autistic and have adhd. I've always struggled not only to be engaged but to enjoy the workout itself. Until now. THANKYOU Nicole for all you do. I've never in my life enjoyed moving my body, feeling my strength grow and sticking to it. I really am grateful for creating a workout that I'm confident to try and not be embarrassed to workout at home. I can't really quite explain it but just thankyou. ❤️

      Same with adhd! I always have struggled to stick with anything because it's work and no reward. But her channel I always can find at least something for the length I'm willing to do that day and I enjoy doing it and even find myself looking forward to the next day! I stay engaged, relaxed, and challenged

    I am a powerlifter who max is 210 at a 170 body weight... but this gave me one of THE BEST quad pumps I have had in a while, I normally do 185 for reps of 8 but this was somehow harder then that. I will definitely be back to do more :)

    I’ve been doing Pilates every single day for a moth solid. It’s getting a lot more comfortable as my form improves but this workout still DESTROYS me! Especially the “running” bit. Amazing workout, thank you Nicole!

    I have tried following along to many different videos for yoga/pilates and when I came across your playlist, I knew yours were the ones for me. I love how calm you talk us through each move into the next and the calming music is the best. I feel so strong and empowered after each video.     I had a hard time deciding between the Cuisinart czcams.com/users/postUgkxbHS6iDzgurU5HDfOQwM9gHX0K703-UyJ (rated # 1 by America's Test Kitchen) and this KitchenAid hand mixer. After receiving the KA, I inserted the beaters and turned the KA unit on in the air. The beaters seemed "wobbly" and I was worried that I may have made a mistake. Then I actually beat egg whites into a meringue (a good test) and found that they whipped up much quicker than usual. Now I think the "wobbly" beaters are built to orbit that way to improve the mixing. The "slow" start is a nice feature, too, and it keeps a thin batter from splashing out when the beaters are first inserted. Because there is little splashing, I find that it's also easier to clean this mixer. About two weeks after purchasing the KA mixer, I was delighted when I read that this year the KitchenAid is rated #1 by America's Test Kitchen! Official validation for my own good taste/instincts.

    these videos have really got me back into my game i had 2 very big knee surgery’s and i was an athlete before i was injured so i have felt so useless not being able to use my body how i used to but these videos really have helped me, being able to be active when i’m still gentle on my body is great thank you for these great videos!!❤

    I do this twice daily. Morning and night. It has helped me build strength! Also couldn’t finish without breaks when I first started, now I feel the burn but I’m able to keep going.. no breaks. Thank you so much, Nicole.❤

    Day 1 5-15-24 This was super hard! Going to do this every other day until it’s easy. Goal is to do it at least 30 times.
    Day 2 5-17-24 still super hard.

    I started doing pilates four days ago, my legs feel absolutely wrecked but also super awesome, I've noticed that pilates seems to be a bit heavy on lower-body workouts so I'm going to find something else (like weights or something idk) for upper body. This was awesome!! I feel fantastic and ready for my day 💪

    Great workout, I had a little time in the morning and this one was perfect to squeeze in. My side plank feels so easy now, a year ago it was such a frustrating exercise 😍
