    Some of these moves can be really challenging, so I tell myself: If Mick Jagger can do yoga and pilates at 80, so can I at 46. 😁💪 Thank you Nicole for keeping us motivated and for always reminding us on a correct breathing technique.😊

      Right!!! Ima be 46 in May & have herniated disc & foot problems but I keep doing Nicole’s workouts because they are gentle but challenging & I like her methods.

    Love your classes. Please add more 10 min stretch and 15-20 min Pilates and yoga flow videos. I don’t have enough time for the longer ones and don’t like to stop mid stream and not finish out the workout without a wind down and final zen moment. Thank you for your time and efforts. You are greatly appreciated.❤

    @movewithnicole I just completed the class and after following you for 3 years, I have to say this is the BEST format and style. Please, pretty please continue doing more dynamic Pilates. I loved the faster pace but still in your calm presence. My heart rate went up, good elongating moves and strength. I often have to go to other channels for that extra bit of sweat or heart rate challenge (but I still always prefer you… after all you are the best!) but todays class had it all! Thank you Nicole! Would you ever consider doing a two week challenge with this type of short and spicy workouts?! Much love from Canada!! 🇨🇦 ❤ I’m so so grateful for you.

      Yess I totally agree! I love her quicker and more intense workouts, it gives me such a good burn. It's also not too long or exhausting.

    Thank you, Nicole! This dynamic and short workout was what I really needed today! How can it be so peaceful and intense at the same time?! Usually I like upper body exercises but this triceps pushup exercise almost killed me, this position was tough for me! Love, love, love your classes!

    I had severe back pain for the last 5 years (giving birth in the wrong position for my body and epidural really hurt me). So I will see a Kine in a couple of days (again) but a friend of mine told me about your videos and in just 2 days it has released tension in my lower back and I’ve immediately felt less irritated 😢 it’s a huge step forward for me.     i've been feeling quite bad lately and i was havinng problems with getting enough movement through out the day. workouts like this really help me with relising stress and tention from my body. highly recommend and thank you for this workout!
