  • Millions of people experience tinnitus in different degrees, some are louder than others. Tinnitus is the perception of sound when no actual external noise is present. While it is commonly referred to as “ringing in the ears,” tinnitus can manifest many different perceptions of sound, including buzzing, hissing, whistling, swooshing, and clicking. For some, it can lead to insomnia, difficulty with concentration, poor work or school performance, irritability, anxiety, and depression.

Never forget.... It is not the level of noise that makes you anxious. It's the fact there is a noise. Don't underestimate the power of acceptance (which is not the same as ignoring!). Mindfulness helps (too) in dealing with the unavoidable things in life. It's not just tinnitus, or cancer, of another issue. It is how you cope with it. Accept its presence, be kind to yourself and whatever is bothering you.

Place the palms of your hands over your ears with fingers resting gently on the back of your head. Your middle fingers should point toward one another just above the base of your skull. Place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers and snap them (the index fingers) onto the skull making a loud, drumming noise.

Dr.. Mandell I have been living with Tinnitus since I was 20 years old..I have never tried anything to give me any kind of ease, or any kind of relief, for my discomfort. The Doctor that I saw in the early days of this constant ringing, told me to put a radio under my head when I go to bed at night..I thought to myself, "whatever this is, these people have no idea how to treat it", I'm not gonna sleep with the radio...hell no! I did my research, found out its caused when the ear drums are damaged, and that there's no cures. I have learned to live with it, I stay away from loud noises, and quiet places. Suffice it to say, I am going to try your method or exercises, its not threatening to my hearing and looks quite harmless..sir thank you - I am going to have a go at it..🙏❤

My late b.f. was a veteran and had been on Benzodiazepines for too long; he had ringing in the ears that nearly drove him to distraction; I wish he were here to see this demonstration; now I have tinnitis and it is SO aggravating and these exercises give me some relief; I plan to keep up with it and get better at it .

I have it all day long for 30 days now....constant all day and night.loud ringing in one ear and every 45 seconds loud buzzing that lasts about 5 seconds in the other ear and this too goes on all day and night,
Had MRIs and Cat Scans done....,they don't know what' causing it.

Using an electric shaver, electric toothbrush, any vibrator and they work
The science behind this is to transmit vibrations via the cartilage that connects the optic nerve to the brain. This is more efficient than tapping your head with your fingers.
If you want a quick try without reading the rest: turn on the vibrator place the non-cutting end to that part of the ear that is next to the entrance of the ear canal. You will have to move around in order to get max sound. .Go slow at first if the vibrator is large, it will produce a very loud sound.
Just experiment until you don't hear tinnitus.
I had stumbled on a method that uses the end part electric shaver NOT the cutting part. You can even use an electric brush.
Place the vibrating part at the bottom of the ear, not at the ear lobe but the part above it with a triangle shape. . This part is directly in front of the ear canal .If you press on it, you will hear a pop sound. This protects the ear canal.
The point to touch with the vibrator is on the end of the protective part of the ear. PLaying around this part of the ear with the vibrator until you hear fairly good sounds. The sounds can be quite loud if you are using a loud shaver.
When ready , try not to push the vibrator too hard to locate the spot with the loudest volume. I started slowly and left vibrator on for 1-2 minutes, but they weren't effective then raised to 3-4 .That produced the results of not hearing tinnitus for a day. Next day, I had a slight ringing and I was able to eliminate it with a minute session.
Please report back your method and adjustments

Thank u so much for this video.
I started hearing some noise that looks like heartbeat and of unclear television station August 2022. I was told i had nerve damage. Took so many drugs of the likes of BP drugs and blood thinner. Consulted with the ENT who told me, my ears were fine but it was a nasal blockage. Prescribed so many drugs at first visit for two weeks, the tinnitus increased, changed the drugs, remained the same. Recommended nose irrigation which i completed and at this time, i was no longer sleeping for the high pitch. It comes in different sound; like a heart beat, forest sound, ocean sound, clicking sound. I WAS ALMOST GETTING CRAZY AND DEPRESSED. I decided to check youtube, listened to many but yours have given me a spontaneous relief in just two days. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY.

This indeed helped. I still hear tinnitus, but I can also feel the stimulus and it's better. I'll try 2-3 times a day. I'm optimistic.

Thank you sir. I have had a problem with tinnitus for many years, and with the help of your exercises, it was reduced almost completely in three minutes. What a relief.

My tinnitus is due to radiation treatment in the early 90's. I know there is a pressure issue because I feel temp relief when plugging my nose and lightly blowing. After watching hundreds of videos, this is the first one that has addressed the pressure issue and how to deal with it. One round of exercises and am feeling night & day difference. Thank you so much for sharing and I am looking forward to incremental improvements.

Thank you so much for these videos! I can already tell a difference. I’ve had drum beating sound in my ear that got worse with Covid. I also had vertigo felt like made me real dizzy and head pressure. I still have lingering symptoms. I just got over a cold last week. It made my head pressure worse, ear and brain fog. This helped and I can feel warmth in right ear which has been giving me the problems.

Hi, I made a comment on your channel. I have had Tinnitus since I was 16 Yrs old, I am now 84. When I did the exercises along with you, my Tinnitus just got worst. I have frequent vertigo. I have learned if I don’t move my head and stare straight ahead, I can cope. Also, after I hear music, I hear a repeat in my ear. I told my Dr. that he was going to think I was crazy when I volunteered that I could music, he called it Musical Ear Syndrone and yes that had been reported to him by other patients. I am going to keep following your channel. Thanks for the help!

This is AWESOME! I've been dealing with tinnitus for 1 year. This is the best method I've come across. Thank you and thanks to my granddaughter for sending it to me. I will continue with this.
Update next day... exercises unfortunately didn't help the second time but I'll keep doing them and hope it does.

You’re right, my doctor told me there was nothing I could do. I have gotten various supplements with no benefit. So happy to see this on my feed today, since the ringing is loud & constant. I have chronic sinusitis and TMJ so any relief would be a Godsend. Thank you!

Thank you Dr. Mandel! It has been 5 years with intense extremely high pitched ringing in both ears. I did one treatment as per your instructions, definitely relief, but not completely gone, will continue with 3 reps per day. I rolled my van and broke neck,Pons stroke, and difuse axonal TBI. Thats only part of internal injuries. I also had horrible dizzy spells after lying down immediately and sitting up immediately, entire room spinning. Physical therapist said I needed vestibular therapy that worked with just 6 visits. Saw a couple ENT Dr.s and they said there is nothing you can do other than headphones or ear bugs with music, but thats temporary. I have been close to ending it all, but being the fighter to get myself back to somewhat normal I couldn't do that to myself or put loved ones through that. Although my ring is so high pitched and loud I still have excellent hearing ( strange ) but true. Thank you so much!! I will continue with process.

Thank you so much for these exercises. Have had horrible ringing in my ears off and on for over a year now and this is very appreciated! The Dr. could not help at all. I will do these every day because you have given me good advice on other things. I will let you know how they work for me. So grateful for all you do! God Bless!!

I heard on a radio show about using do Terra helicrysum oil with a drop rubbed in behind in ear crease and a drop rubbed around ridge of ear canal. Supposed to help heal nerve damage there. I tried it, it got better. Need to find it and reapply next time it goes off til it's completely fine. Definitely less now tho.

I tried this and I'm now deaf. Joke, they actually worked really well! My tinnitus is worse on some days and especially at night. If it comes back, I'll remember these techniques. Thanks!

  • @CecilleTabuena_godissogood

Thank you so much Dr. Mandel for these helpful tips! I will be using this technique as well as will be sharing it with my relatives who are suffering from this condition. God Bless you more! 🙏☝😇
