Just wanted to say that I had tinnitus for a month or so, and then it disappeared. I remember watching this video my first week and feeling very scared that it would not go away, but it did. Just saying, in case anyone is feeling nervous about it out there! My best advice is to try to distract yourself from the sound and try to relax when you hear it. Now I don’t hear it anymore.

Recently started high-pitched ringing in ears... not every day but sometimes all day. Thought it might be blood pressure fluctuations or age or who knows what. I tried this last week because 'how could it hurt' since it's focused massage. It targets areas where there's always tension: neck, jaw, temples, etc.
Amazingly, it works. The ringing sensation is mostly gone and some days completely gone. I use all of the techniques and I'm amazed that it's actually effective. Plus my neck feels looser and more relaxed overall.
Definitely keeping this up. Total win.
    Thanks, Dr. Rowe!

Dr. Rowe- I have tinnitus that I believed happened when I was rear ended in a car. It seems to be worse when I’m tired. I’m definitely going to try these exercises. I have a stiffness in my neck when I try to turn my head to the left, like when driving, to look to my left before pulling out. I have a chiropractor that I get adjustments from that has never mentioned how to ease tinnitus. I strongly believe in a lot of things you mention with massage and various exercises. I’ve found by sliding my back down on a cushioned bench I have at the foot of my bed helps a lot. I can adjust my hips when one side is out, by sliding down around my belt line. I can pull my neck forward a little while sliding down and adjust various places through out my back and neck. I enjoy your videos, and found many to be helpful. I don’t have to go to my chiropractor as often, as I can adjust myself. I have one of those inversion things to lie back on while hanging with my feet under the rollers. I’ve had it many years, and found it helps. Thanks for all you do. I hope I can get some relief from my tinnitus. I saved this video to an email to look at until I have it all down…
