Atlas orthogonal adjustment. I've been going to a special chiropractor but it seems it need adjustment quite a bit
I watched the video on tinnitus about a week ago. Yesterday I woke up and had the running in my right ear. I remembered the video and thought “let’s give it a try”! I followed the instructions from memory and after 8 pulls the ringing stopped ! So happy for the doc and me that it works!!
This video has a lot of great pros, i've had tinnitus since college days, i've done a lot of the things this video shows, many things people on shirlest showed as well, did reduce my tritinnus, not entirely, but did, thanks!
Thanks for sharing this. I will try these.
Just wanted to say that I had tinnitus for a month or so, and then it disappeared. I remember watching this video my first week and feeling very scared that it would not go away, but it did. Just saying, in case anyone is feeling nervous about it out there! My best advice is to try to distract yourself from the sound and try to relax when you hear it. Now I don’t hear it anymore.
I am currently experiencing it and I am scared it won’t go away😢

I have had ringing in my ears since 2020 after I had Covid. I did the finger thump exercise and the tinnitus stopped. I heard silence for the first time in 3 years. Thank you so much I can’t express my gratitude enough

i have low tinnitus in my right ear too, wasn't aware of it till i got a noise cancelling headphone, how many times did you repeat the exercise to get complete silence, i tried twice, didn't work :(

I'm so happy for you, question, did you do all the exercises or was it a particular one that took it away? And how many sets or how long did you do it for.
Yes please tell. I can’t sleep and have NEVER HEARD SLINECE BECAUSE THIS IS CONSTANT EEEEEE

I have been a professional rock drummer for over 40 years. And have been afflicted with tinnitus for years. The “index finger ‘thump’ technique” actually works ! I wish I had this information years ago. Thank Dr. Rowe. 👂

I have been suffering from tinnitus for a little over 6 months and it got worse since I continued listening to music on high volumes using my Air Pods Pro 2. So I wanted to take the time out of my day to say THANK YOU!
How was your tinnitus now?
Does it reallyyyy get treated??
I've had Meniere's disease for about 4 yrs now with constant nonstop tinnitus. As of the last few months the ringing has been the worst, to the point I couldn't hear at all out of my right ear. The ringing is so loud it's truly driving me crazy. I watched this video and the exercise of using your index finger to flick at the back of your head helped so so much. It hasn't completely stopped but it's certainly much quieter. I'm sitting in tears that for a moment in 4 yrs my life seems so much quieter. Thank you for this blessing ♡
Glad it helped you!

Recently started high-pitched ringing in ears... not every day but sometimes all day. Thought it might be blood pressure fluctuations or age or who knows what. I tried this last week because 'how could it hurt' since it's focused massage. It targets areas where there's always tension: neck, jaw, temples, etc.
Amazingly, it works. The ringing sensation is mostly gone and some days completely gone. I use all of the techniques and I'm amazed that it's actually effective. Plus my neck feels looser and more relaxed overall.
Definitely keeping this up. Total win.

Dr. Rowe- I have tinnitus that I believed happened when I was rear ended in a car. It seems to be worse when I’m tired. I’m definitely going to try these exercises. I have a stiffness in my neck when I try to turn my head to the left, like when driving, to look to my left before pulling out. I have a chiropractor that I get adjustments from that has never mentioned how to ease tinnitus. I strongly believe in a lot of things you mention with massage and various exercises. I’ve found by sliding my back down on a cushioned bench I have at the foot of my bed helps a lot. I can adjust my hips when one side is out, by sliding down around my belt line. I can pull my neck forward a little while sliding down and adjust various places through out my back and neck. I enjoy your videos, and found many to be helpful. I don’t have to go to my chiropractor as often, as I can adjust myself. I have one of those inversion things to lie back on while hanging with my feet under the rollers. I’ve had it many years, and found it helps. Thanks for all you do. I hope I can get some relief from my tinnitus. I saved this video to an email to look at until I have it all down…
For the first time in years I briefly stopped hearing the ringing God bless you I will do these more often you are amazing thank you so much 🙏

Thank you, Doctor, as this exercise to the temple reduced the ringing I'll keep doing this for the whole week until it gone, and I'll keep taking the medicine to really knock it out of the park thank you so so so very much. GOD bless you DR. ROWE
OMG…this totally worked. Not sure if it was the tugging upward on the earlobes, or the index finger thumping on the crease on the back of my head, but my tinnitis is completely gone after one single session. It came on rather suddenly about two months ago and has been making me crazy. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
Thanks for watching!
This works so so well! Within the three exercises, my tinnitus went down so so much! Especially as a hearing aids wearer and a deaf person. Tinnitus can get super loud and scary!

Would you please tell me
How did you fix it??
Which exercise?
Will be grateful for this kindness.
@@moonscrafts8987 It is the exercise where you put your hands at the back of your head and then let your fingers slip off each other to make a knocking sound just below that skull bone. It also took my tinnitus away, but it returned after 3 days. So I will now continue plus will do all the other exercises as well.
Dr Rowe you are clear concise direct and fantastic thank you very much best video i have seen in a while
Glad it was helpful!
Hello doctor, this definitely helped me reduce the sounds drastically. I am going to do these exercises more often.
Dr. Rowe I can't thank you enough for this video. The cranial thump worked best for me. Plan to continue with this for more results. Thanks a billion...... You rock!!!!
Thanks so much for watching!
As always your videos never surprise me. Good combination of stretching in Fattic drainage and pressure points. They worked wonders thank you very much for educating your viewers.
Glad the exercises helped you!
Sincerely appreciate the video Doctor , clear and to the point of demonstration, very helpful indeed. Thank you
I have never seen or heard about that thump technique. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I was introduced to it about 3-4 years ago. I now share it with my patients and get great feedback.
The neck stretch and ear massage really released tension. Thanks!
Glad to hear that!
Thank you for this. I have experienced this ringing in my ears for decades and it has gotten progressively worse. I certainly hope this helps.
