- Here's a 20-minute standing dumbbell workout designed for full-body strength. Perfect to do at home or at the gym, it includes a quick warm-up and a cool-down. I was using 5kg weights, but adapt as needed. Let's power through and build strength together!

Great workout. Day 1 of my whatever is halfway through. Idk what to call it ie when I think of diet I think of losing weight which isn’t my goal. Maybe I’ll refer to it as day 1 out of whatever toning up.
