  • Here's a 20-minute standing dumbbell workout designed for full-body strength. Perfect to do at home or at the gym, it includes a quick warm-up and a cool-down. I was using 5kg weights, but adapt as needed. Let's power through and build strength together!

    Oliver I just want to say thank you man i become fit in 3 months. I was 14 yr old 63 kg to 50 kg. Now i am healing my relationship to food and eating moderately. From the bottom of my heart thank you for you vid. I am focusing now in core and PLYOMETRICS. Thank You❤

    Thanks Oliver for a very invigorating workout session! I needed a good half hour of exercise prior to bedtime and luckily this video showed up in the feed. I'm glad I did this one, got a crazy sweat going 💦
    The superset movements like the Sumo Squat to Front Raise and the Reverse Lunge twists with the Knee Ups were dynamic and super fun to do 🔥💪🏼

    Great workout. Day 1 of my whatever is halfway through. Idk what to call it ie when I think of diet I think of losing weight which isn’t my goal. Maybe I’ll refer to it as day 1 out of whatever toning up.

    I really enjoy your workouts but it's look like you are exhausted in beginning itself,my small humble request is that workout should look cool and easy to do sir, not though and stressed
