- This 30 min full body, no repeat dumbbell workout is perfect if you are looking to lean and burn extra calories without any floor work.
As with any dumbbell workouts, think quality not quantity.
For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells but chose weight that's suitable for you.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I was raining everywhere after this INTENSE WORKOUT! the squats were insane. Though there wasn’t any jump, i felt worse than when i did jumping moves. Fitbit stats: avg156bpm, max 176bpm, cals 253.
My first workout with you. This was tough! I started with 15 lb weights at first but had to change to 10 lb about halfway through. Loved all the lower body stuff. Upper body stuff was a good challenge! Muscle💪💪

Lovee it , is there a substitute for lunges? it hurts my knees Lol
It's a tricky one to replicate. If you have a step or a yoga block you could use that to go up and down. Or stairs alternatively. That's as close as you will get without putting any strain on your knees.
Perfect workout :D I got a whooping 196 kcal from this plus and minor muscle soreness even two days after I did it XD
