A few months ago I was just looking for a way to get fitter, because I have been performing really badly on my icehockey team (which is bad because I am a goalie). After doing your HIIT workouts almost every day I lost weight, I look better, I have longer an increased concentration during games, I can focus on doing all the right movements at the right time without being exhausted after one period, I am faster, I have longer duration and I feel happier and healthier. It even encuraged me to cut sugar and alcohol. I just want to say THANK YOU for effectively improving my life!!

I use 10, but you can do 15 or 20 I guess
