And eat heavy meals thru the night..wrong logic. Human digestion is at its best when the Sun is still shining. Avoid eating after sunset.. hence early dinners.and fast regularly… to reset the system. Fasting means leave the stomach empty..even Hindus are eating all sorts of junk fried aloo and all in the name of fasting… spare your tummies and eat consciously . Roza is not the ideal way if fasting may be suitable for Arab countries not in India. Intermittent fasting, fruit only diet, complete fasting all these types of vrats are mentioned , in Hindu scriptures since ages, and occur at regular intervals, like Ekadasi .if followed properly people will not have any diseases. .

Ramzan as observed these days is a joke. People don't eat during the day but feast early morning and late night which defeats the purpose altogether. And by the way Quran was written and finalized and assembled from many versions available at the time about 200 years after the death of Mohammed; so make your own conclusions about it being Allah's word.

It’s always been there is true to some extent but with how humans have evolved and how we have adapted, I’m unsure if we have enough scientific proof stating whether intermittent fasting is truly beneficial in the long run, considering it’s a fad that just started a while ago. And of course, the short term gains are evident but I’m a little skeptical when it comes to long term effects and side effects.
Having said that, personally I pretty much IF on a daily basis 😂 Not by choice, really. So
I’m hoping that the long term effects are truly good 😊🤞🏼

I started eating dinner at 7am and take brisk walk of 5km after dinner and then take my first small meal (Pre-work out meal) of Nuts and Banana at 7:00am or 7:30am and go for 5km brisk walk. I lost 15kg in 6months without affecting my body. My cholesterol, Triglycerides level came back to normal. My fasting sugar drop from 98 to 90 and avoided myself becoming pre-diabetic

While doing IF I lost 1kg in 1 just 4 days... Is it healthy to loose weight so fast in IF or is it something not good?

Absolutely 100%true! Had a habit of eating milk-cornflakes first thing in the morning. When I started doing IF, it was quite difficult as my body’s insulin resistance was damn high. But with time, it has gone completely. Eating 4times a day came into existence from Industrial Revolution (17th century)! The doc who had invented Autophagy was awarded with the famous Nobel Prize in 2016 (hardly anyone knows). Autophagy starts atleast after a fasting of 24hrs. That is how Elon Musk, Jack Dorsey, Jeff Bezos and many more are so highly active and sharp even in their 50s. Whatever happens, even if it is a festival, I can never have my breakfast. I have stopped eating or munching often, and that has solved 50% of my physical problems.

Instead of saying all religions have it, why don’t you give some kudos to Hinduism where fasting Monday etc. for various vrata is normal?!
Until this Japanese guy proved autophagy and got a Nobel, everyone was Pooh pooing fasting, now it’s a FAD!
Also, during Ramadan, it’s rotations of when you eat, night instead of day, so virtually no fasting, it’s just rotation from day to night!

More details? Is it no solid food for 40 days and just water or ?
Maybe tangentially, did you know that the original Roman era Christians were vegetarians and Romans used to force feed them meat etc to annoy them?!🤔
And don’t have any insight to when they started to eat meat etc.
Also this maybe give some credence to the theory that Jesus came to Bharat during his so called “missing period”?!

We don’t eat at night in Ramadan. We break our fast at sunset time. So after that if someone is eating again at night it’s their own choice. In Ramadan we eat at dawn time and sunset time. Ab agar kesi ko late night khana hai to wo uski apni personal choice hogi

Islamists eat at night during Ramazan. Exactly the opposite of what the diet says. Eating before sunset and after sunrise is the basis of this diet since 1000's of years in our Hindu culture.

Don’t dragg Islam and Muslims every where. And for your information Muslims don’t fast to lose weight. Humary mazhab main hai roza rakna aur yeh Allah ka hukam hai to hum follow krty hain. And we fast from dawn to sunset. Ab yeh logon k apni choice pr depend krta hai k wo sahur ya iftaar main kya aur kitna khaty hain
