I used to laugh at IF until I myself tried it for a month and I now do 16-8 on regular basis. Not just weight, it helped me with so many things I cannot describe even. Fasting is a best medicine to fix majority of the acute problems and some of the chronic ones.
Prophet Muhammad (SAS) also recomended lots of volunatary fasting beside Ramadan, also Dawood (As) used to fast 3 days in middle of every month
i m doing IF since the sart of lockdown, it is really great
Best way for IF is to finish dinner within 8pm and have breakfast next morning after 10am. Your body will be in fasting state for above 12hours and cleanse itself.

Started IF around 1.5 yrs back,i skip breakfast completely and have lunch as my first meal between 1:30-2:00 and dinner around 8pm.
It's been an eye opening experience,best I've felt in years,never going back to the regular routine.
