    Intermittent Fasting:
    As beginner start with 16 hours fasting and 8 hours of eating
    Note: change as per your body call
    Sleep
    Take good sleep
    Cut phone before 45 minutes before sleeping
    Meditation
    Learn to take stress by tagging Problems with Acceptance and Let it go
    Just sit silently for 10-15 minutes
    Pranayama is mandatory to all
    Effective Breathing exercise: Breath in count 10, hold breath count 10 and release breath count 10
    Foods: don’ts overeat, wrong time eating, eat mindful, Extract pleasure from food, home food , try out tiffin service instead of home delivery , plastic with hot food releases chemicals which makes hormonal changes
    Exercises: Natural anti-depressant, walk 1 hour, cardio, dances , pull ups , pushups, use own body weight for exercise.
    Plan 4 things
    Right Food
    15 minutes Movement/exercise
    Prioritize 8 hour Sleep
    Added point : surround with right people

    As Muslim we are following this intermittent fasting once in a year for 30 days. During these days our body heal itself. My grandmother is 70 years old but she also follow this fasting for 1 month.

      Having very heavy food after sunset is not good for health. Intermittent fasting should be followed by simple food and early meal.

      Couldn't agree more. I've often thought that Luke's videos should be shown in schools but as he himself has often said 'there's no money to be made in being healthy, only in being chronically sick. Sadly true. I listen to one of his videos every morning as I do my yoga as he is so inspiring and has changed my life 100%. Love his straight talking too!

    Everybody deep down knows that they are depressed or sad because they think that their friends are judging them but they don't change the group just because they are scared of what if they will be alone after that and they keep living in toxic relationships and acting they are happy but they are not because they fear being not able to find someone alike or being left behind
    Its like you know its wrong but you still live it because you fear the consequences of fighting back

    This is one of my favorite podcasts on this channel, I literally learn a lot about these stuff, it seems like I also level myself as a depressed younger, & I have realized that it happens because of my vulnerable sleep, lack of physical movement, I have discovered that I need to do meditation, before I used to do meditation and tried to control my thoughts while meditating but it never happened and I gave up, and I started seeing myself as a failure in terms of getting peace but now I got it, i do not need to control this, I need to observe these and more focus on my breathing, in that case this episode helps me to understand my life where I was lacking.....grt🙂

    It Opens The Mind 😲 Thank you Ranveer what a noble cause you are doing for entire nation. Lets summarise it in simple way-:
    1.Intermediate Fasting with water if you feel hungry.
    2.Sleep 7-8hrs leave Mobile 45 minutes before sleeping
    3.Meditation for 20 minutes daily basis.
    4.Mental Health Awareness
    5. Clinical Depression can be removed with company ok f friends and exercise.
    6.Eating Food Conciously
    7.Avoid Junk Food
    8.Exercise is Mandatory

    Hey everyone. I suffered from a sevier PANIC ATTACK and then i was surrounded by anxiety and panic attacks
    My psychotherapist introduced me to meditation/relaxation and now 2 months after the incident i won over my anxiety
    I have seen people suffer from panic attacks recovering in 5-6 years what made me better was propper meditation i do shavasan for 40 -60 minutes daily and play meditation music (indian classical)
    I remember the day i was walking in delhi streets at 3am and i felt. Like I'll die now and here when i was alone
    And now I can't thank meditation enough it has changed my life
    I am having goosebumps writing this comment
    I hope I'll influence people reading this who have suffered from PANIC ATTACKS (you know it's the worst plase and the best lesson of your life )
