I used to consider my parents as "uncool parents". Now I feel guilty. Today those friends of mine are suffering from pcos/ pcod/ baldness. I will send this video rn.

@@gaurivguttal4468 I am following a simple rule, 9.30am warm water, 10am veg juice either lauki or celery, when I am next hungry I pick up a fruit specially berries or apples as they are helpful in weight loss, next would be lunch which I keep it simple homemade food with less oil, basically bajra roti (dont eat chapati), sabji and salad sometimes rice and dal. I normally have lunch around 1pm. Dinner would be at 5 pm which is again whatever is cooked at home for dinner. The main thing is portion control, eat everything but in moderation and try to cut down any packet food/processed food. Not to mention, I have days when I feel like eating packet food which is not healthy but I eat in moderation during that 16 hours, bcz If I am strict on myself I will loose the motivation. I lost 7 kgs in 4 weeks following it. I do 30 mins walking everyday.

So in 2018 i am just scrolling on youtube and I found this video... I watched it ... and decided to follow it... I am not obesse that time (my weight 55kg ) but actually a little healthy with major health issue like asthma , skin issue , unable to do any physical activity, that time my age was 19 yrs only.. so I am not followed any diet but intermittent fasting...
That was turning point for me... it took lots of patience... starting days was very hard but gradually my body accept it.. it actually help me in fat loss not in weight loss I actually want a right shaped body with no healty issue.. and in 2020 I achieved it with help of intermittent fasting and exercise ... and now its part of my life.. so thanks to this channel ..

Actually I am a pcod victim and I want to cure it completely... I'm going to follow this from today which means I have already taken breakfast but I am going to have my lunch at 1:00 and then some snacks at 5:30
And from 6:00 to till tomorrow morning 10:00 i will have my intermittent fasting....

Acidity and headaches will always come when you start fasting but they will last only for 1st 3 to 4 days depending on level of pre-existing acidity in your body before fasting.

I am a big fan of your informative videos and already seeing some changes in my health. One question: I also drink "safed petha" juice in morning around 6 AM. My fasting starts at 7 PM and goes till 11 AM. Drinking juice at 6 AM is good for me or you want me to change the timing of having juice. I also go to gym for light exercise around 8:30 AM. Please guide?

This absolutely works.I have RA and I am taking medicine for it.I started 16 hrs fast since June 1st. Its been almost 10 weeks and I have lost 3 kgs. But more importantly all my blood tests and inflammatory markers are now in normal range. I also take Petha juice in morning when I can along with other juices. Its amazing. I am walking more and doing yoga in morning. I never thought I will be able to continue this long but it got easier & easier as days went by. Thank you Satvic movement. You are doing gods work.

@@harjeet_singh306 I try to as much as I can, but not 100% Satvic diet yet. But I think if I do , I will be able reduce and hopefully one day stop medication. That is my goal.

I slip off the fasting or juice routine sometimes, specially during festival season or vacation but Ibfeel the bad effects right away. Still trying to continue with intermittent fasting and juice as much as I can.
