Well I have changed some of the things like substitute dinner with light food -soup ,so even if you are late it's ok.
2.you can have millets one thepla with veggies and sabji instead of soups.
3.compulsory meditation like a medicine 😀
That's true I want to know this as well because
Soups does not satisfy the hunger if we are doing intermittent fasting, plus they don't recommend grains at night.
I also want to know why we can't eat pulses like chole, moong etc which are good in protein for the body

3) Don’t drink water while eating or immediately before or after
4)drink water from Steel,copper or glass water
5)on an average sip 1-3 litres of water
6) make your diet water rich..i.e. include juicy fruits and vegetables

In dinner I eat 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, vegetable sprouts, little bit of beet root, one fruit, little bit of dry fruits, carrot. Your 11mins felt like eternity!! I drink hot water in double wall glass or insulated steel glass whenever I feel thirsty but I never drink along with food.
Drink water at whatever temperature you feel like and whenever if it's comfortable. All this "advice" is ridiculous. Use Google to find answers, not this lady.

1.chew your water /drinks slowly. Don't gulp faster.Sit and drink slowly
2.drink in room temperature, in earthen pots in summer.No too hot or cold water
3.dont drink water while you eat.
4.drink water in mud / glass bottles,say no to plastic bottles.
5.sun charged water - put a earthen pot/ glass bottle- close it with muslin cloth add water -keep it in sunlight for 4-5 hours.
6.drink water as per your lifestyle and thirst.
Please make video on asthma because mainly people suffer from it.
