    Thank you. I am doing it. I am a big fan of all your videos. I was a part of three day juice diet also. One more point pls add in the video i.e, For e.g: I am having extra fat, due to which my weight is bit more. In that case I can't jump. If I do that my knees get hurt. So instead of jumping we can move out leg and raise our hand for 50 counts. You can pls add that point in your video, so the people who are already fat can do that excercise and will benefitted from the video.

    Me and my 8 year old son now has become the biggest fan of Satvik movement, everynight before going to bed we are watching one video and following you. My son has liked the videos for children and he has asked me to throw the sugar and promised me to not to eat package food. We also have started to apply moong and besan flour for facewash and bathing. And not applying any soap or shampoo.

    Thankyou so much for helping people with this wonderful knowledge . I know your diet plan / satvic lifestyle is GREAT.. But the only problem is for underweight people . My weight is 40 kg (height 5 ft 1 inch ) , according to BMI is poorly underweight and there are many like me 🙃 .

    I did exercise while watching your video 5 minutes exercise gave me abundance of energy. I did rest of my work with high energy. Otherwise I was just sitting and thinking while drinking warm water in morning. I wish I have time to do some exercise. Thank You Subah 🌞☀️you made my day! 🌹💐👌🥳

    I have had cervical spondylosis for the past couple of years and I am only 18. This generally happens to people who are in their 30s. Can you please make a video on how to get rid of this? No amount of fasting or exercise seems to be helping with weight loss. I even tried 108 surya namaskar challenge and still there was 0 change in my weight as well.
