Meal 0 (DURING FAST) : Green Tea, Black Tea (WITHOUT SUGAR)
But, best is water or lemon water.
MEAL 1 - Bowl of fruit
MEAL 2 (2:00 PM) - Big serving of protein (Chicken, fish, eggs, egg whites, red meat) + Big serving of carbs (Roti, brown rice, oats, sweet potato) + OPTIONAL high fat ingredient (Nuts, egg yolk, ghee) + Veggies (Keep mixing it up) + OPTIONAL Dal
Meal 3 (4:30 PM) - Eggs + Toast/Carb source. OR Big serving of Upma/Oats/Soya chunks (for vegetarians)
Meal 4 (7:00 PM) - POST WORKOUT - Protein shake + Water + 2 Bananas. (If you don't use protein shakes - eggs, chicken, paneer, soya chunks, dal, sprouts)
Meal 5 (9:00 PM) - Same as lunch
Meal 6 (10:00 PM) - OPTIONAL (For those trying to gain weight) - Serving of nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Peanuts)

So the thing that is going to improve your results tremendously is to plan your meals. You can use his plan, it seems fine, but I've had wonderful results on using a modified version of the Keto diet plan. I switched around the protein and fats, so 60% lean protein from both meat and vegetables, and 35% fats, get as much nutrition as I could out of it-- meaning lots of vegetables and cut out ALL snacks, sugary beverages, and foods loaded in carbohydrates. I drink water for 99% of my hydration, and I might have a cup of mildly sweetened (usually less than a teaspoon of sugar) coffee with my meal if I feel like I want caffeine.
Then HIGH INTENSITY exercises. Jogging for an hour will actually give you less results over time as doing high intensity exercises. If you're very overweight, I recommend swimming if possible. Swimming is non-impactful, so it's easy on your joints, exercises all the muscles in your body, and burns more than sprinting. But if you are just looking at shedding that last bit of stubborn fat, and aren't very overweight, I can recommend sprinting, jumping rope, burpees, and fast repetition mountain climbers. The goal is to get your heart rate up rapidly as it will spike your metabolism. I lost 10 pounds in my first 2 weeks from IF and high intensity exercising, and that's AFTER I calculated for water weight. The last thing to take into mind is you only want to exercise at high intensities at most 3x/week, for roughly 20-30 minutes per day. Overdoing it, and you may risk injury or long term muscle fatigue.

@@ayushkathrotiya You can start with 16-8 fasting period. i.e - Fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hrs. 12pm to 8pm can be the time you eat(which means you have to skip breakfast) and then from 8pm...until the next noon 12 you can fast.

I am a marathon runnner practicing IF 16:8 for 1 year along with Keto type diet and No fap. I kept doing high mileage fasted run and strength training. My 30Km running time improved from 2hr 58min to 2hr 21min. In a nutshell, IF works. Good to see Indian influencers promoting it. Great Going Ranveer 👍

I followed IF for 6 months due to my extremely sporty life then(didn't have time lol). Just one tip I'd like to give is that do try to consume right amount of Salts (sodium, calcium, phosphate, and magnesium) from foods as drinking a lot of water while fasting will flush out a lot of these salts. This is so important as I've had electrolyte imbalances which led to vomiting , headaches and even Unconsciousness. But don't panic if you do it right it's one of the BEST DIET for any BODY type(im ectomorph).Cheers!

i have lost 15 kgs in 7 months,
what did i do:
1. didn't know about intermittent fasting but i used to have my dinner around 9 and breakfast at 11 or sometimes even 12.
2. never went to gym but played badminton for 1 hour twice/thrice a week.
3. did yoga every sunday
4. never sat for more than 1-1.5 hrs, always kept moving
now, I'm 70 kgs (5'10) and have taken a gym membership to grow those muscles
