Thanks a lot for the practical advice! I agree with your general message. I can report about an "individual case": When the parents of a 2-year-old separated and the mother wanted to move abroad, the father drafted a comprehensive parenting agreement as a basis for discussion. After negotiation between the lawyers, ~80% of "rules" were removed, and they mainly agreed on a 15-month parenting schedule. There never was a happier judge who only had to rubber-stamp the agreement. Nevertheless, she added some *crucial* passages that the parents didn't think about beforehand (esp. about continuation and recognition of the agreement in the new country).
Later, most of the agreement (apart from the dates) was ignored by the mother. A motion for a civil fine by the father failed. So most of the agreement was "for nothing", it seems.

I have a breach of contract with a Realtor who boosted the square footing on the MLS sheet that no lawyers want to take and I'm seriously in trouble because I took information hear and there, but to put everything concise and presentable case before the court. Hi Denis! I am so sorry that you are in this situation. Do you have documentation to show the breach of contract by the realtor? Do you plan on representing yourself? What I learned by representing myself for a long time is that as long as I have documentation I am good to go. I didn't always know how to present the information, but I did the best I could. What I discovered is that the judge will ask questions to determine the truth. When I was asked those questions by the judge I had the documentation to prove what needed to be proven. I would recommend that you perhaps watch a few cases at your local court house, preferably by the judge who will be hearing your case. Please let me know if I have not answered your questions. How is it possible to convince the court that our x is narcissist and it's behaviour is dangerous for the children ?
Literally 90% of divorced women claim their ex is a “narcissist”. It’s beyond hilarious at this point
