We had no plan, no sports science department, no proper scouting network and were making very bad transfers. Ole has fixed A LOT of the problems at the club behind the scenes. He has done very well to rebuild the club but it looks like he isn't good enough to take the next step and win trophies with us. Ole might not be the right manager for us anymore but when he came in he was the right man at the right time and he has set up the next manager to come in and be successful.

As a Juventus fan, I can say that he's such a great manager: if a team can give 10, he'll manage to make it give 12. And when it reaches 12, he'll find a way to reach 14 and so on. We were in hell before he arrived as our head coach and led us to 3 titles in a row. He'll do something similar at Chelsea too. Also, after just six months his English is pretty decent.

Also, he likes to play with 3 center backs and I'm not sure UTD's actual roster is suited for that. But, as I said, his teams usually reach their top potential and often go even further.
