Fantastic manager. If you have not seen what he did at Juve in those three years you missed out on a masterclass in management. He reinvigorated the team mentally spiritually and physically and turned the entire team and club around and most importantly he got the fans back on board. He made tier 2 and tier 3 level players fearsome. Even when he was the caged lion in season two he transmitted fire and tenacity from the private boxes. He's clearly fed up there. When he was appointed at Tottenham I was shocked and confused. I said on that day Him working with Levy and that squad isn't a good fit. I do agree with him the players do need to be held accountable. It's not always the manager
The same interview Pep did a couple of weeks ago, "Am sad cuz i want to beat Arsenal but with the way we're playing Arsenal will destroy us" and city players responded positively by giving everything on the pitch to beat Arsenal, sometimes this kind of criticism is needed it's just about how you react to it that shows weather you have the mental strength or not..Thank you Conte!

As an aside to my other comment, this rant will be looked at for the next 30 years. Absolutely legendary stuff. But, we'll probably look back on it as what got Conte fired rather than seeing it as the catalyst that Spurs use to finally take their club to the next level.

Mourimho wanted rid of players and he was not given the players he wanted. He asked for persic and a defender they gave him Fred and dalot. Two players an entire summer after they finished 2nd. So then they chucked £457m at Solskjaer and Woodward was on a mission to bring in anyone that looked happy enough with a big paycheck. The folly under Woodward, Judge and Co was something else. Thank the heavens they brought in ten hag and got rid of the rottenness.
