It's so wierd watching this now. Thank you Il Capitano for all that you gave to Chelsea. I used to listen to his every pre and post match conferences, he would use the word "work" a lot. It did not last long for whatever reason, but no Chelsea fan will forget you, thanks.

Exceptional ability to converse in English for someone who only started taking lessons recently. He looks the business.
As much I loved Jose, Antonio seems like the right man to take us forward. Its time to start fresh. We've never really broken away from the Jose era of 2004, we've somehow managed to hang on to that characteristic over all the changes that came and went, possibly due to the strong core of the team who were all Jose loyalists.
This will be a new era. I really hope Conte builds the defence around Zouma. He is the best defender we've had other than JT and Desailly. We still need one more top quality center half, Gary Cahill isnt up to it. I also hope that Conte can smack Hazard into shape. Center midfield is the big question. Will Fab stay? Kante and Matic would seem the preferred pairing, but it would be shame to see a player of Fab's quality left out.

just watched the whole conference and I'd like to firstly congratulate Conte on his use of the english language, I'm sure this will only improve. I've not seen much of him but his philosophy can be clearly identified in the way juventus have successfully played throughout the years.
