Sir i am absent from gym for 12 days now my right hand becomes dumb and do not lift weight even empty rod.Firstly my pushups ranges from 20 to 25 but now i can’t do even 1 pushup what can i do to gain my strength in both hands equally🥺💔plzzz help sir
