On the other hand though, Jason, Newcastle United could fill a stadium of 70 thousand screaming Geordies week in week out without fail. I know this personally as a Newcastle fan. The tickets sell out within an hour, and if you don't sit in a queue to get said tickets you aren't gonna go to the game. I don't think the same can be said about Man City. You raise a very good point though.

The top teams in most leagues have stayed pretty consistent throughout there entire histories(For all of the top 5 leagues). Those with the most money or those that have been the best at developing young talent has always won league titles. What Leiceister City was an outlier for the PL otherwise Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea are the teams that tend to dominate in PL for example.

The transfer database is Citehs fault, some of their scouts jouned Liverpool and they didnt bother disabling their access, that's incompetance. Also, who knows what the scouts got, maybe it was just their own work. Anyways, it was settled behind closed doors, Citeh didn't think it was important enough to report Liverpool at the time so stop crying.

Take away the ffp and Banks will endlessly lend money (don't forget this is our money, normal peoples savings) as they know they have an infinite source of revenue in repayments in interest alone form clubs competing. Only way to marshal is to take every clubs available revenue to spend at the start of each season through one independent publicly accessed entity and updated live with software similar to what the stock market uses so it is very attainable and field useable through signings, sales, wages, agents fees and other expenditures

Say for example they only gave Citeh a 15 point deduction, that will mean that in future that noone will get more than a 15 point deduction, this won't deter teams from breaking the rules.

So how would he do at Tottenham or Leicester? Or what about whichever team gets promoted this year, does anyone really believe he would have them challenging for the title?
