Yesterday I was expecting a huge match. From the past years Ive always felt that our run ins Man city (im a city supporter) vs Liverpool always delivered. I was expecting something like that against Arsenal, but wow Arsenal just rolled over for us. I remember the 2-1 at the Etihad that was probably the greatest game of football Ive ever seen. I feel like Arsenal did not deliver anywhere near that and even as a city supporter felt underwhelmed by the match.

People slating Haaland for having an âoffâ game not respecting firstly that Ramsdale made some class saves to stop him scoring, but also that he took players away from De Bruyne in order to provide two beautiful assists, and then still went on to score anyway.

I don't begrudge our players for losing against city but the fact that we showed no effort or fight today is what has really annoyed me, the way our players played was as if our season was already over before the first whistle had even been blown, bitterly disappointing!
What you have to consider is that this is the biggest game of their careers (except for Zinny and Jesus). For Arsenal as a club, it's the club's biggest game since 2006! So not only do they have this pressure, but they're also being chased by a juggernaut opponent that has beaten them 11 straight times. Plus, City's home record is 21-1-1 this season. That's why as a City fan, I was confident going into this game and was predicting 4-1 or 4-0. I was more worried about the Fulham game because they have nothing to lose
