I like the fact that you ALWAYS take care of the person bringing you the food (when they do a good job)- I was a waiter/bartender/host for YEARS when I was younger- and we really did need those tips
The broccoli was cold because it's was steamed them dipped in a ice bath to stop the cooking process to preserve the broccolis nice green color. Its a common technique known by all chefs

Daym, thank you for recommending this spot. On Thursday, I went for my birthday with my family. This spot did not disappoint. I have been in Connecticut for almost 30 years and this by far is the best Chinese food I have had in the state. And the service was top notch and they hooked me up for my birthday. Keep making these food review videos. I appreciate them. God bless.
Daym should review Middle Eastern/Greek or Dominican food in his state.

You should try 辣子鸡 (la zi ji) It's similar to the salt and pepper fried chicken you had but has Sichuan pepper corns and whole fried peppers to add the numbingness and heat, very popular in Sichuan Chinese Restaurants!

The fried rice was so vibrant looking, just looked like they really care about quality.
Freshly-prepared fried rice, made in small batches, is SO MUCH BETTER than the mass-produced version served in most American-style Chinese restaurants!

You gotta come to Krog Street Market in Atlanta. So much to try but I recommend Fred’s Meat & Bread. The Philly and barbecue (not barbecue sauce) fries are the best combo.

My man, try Char Koon in Windsor CT. It’s a doodle house also, some INSANE dishes that you don’t find at normal spots. Best fried rice around too

11:58 This is very similar to "Springfield" style chicken in Springfield, Mo. For some reason, because cashew chicken was invented here, there are tons of Chinese restaurants in Springfield. Because there are so many, there is a lot of competition to make the best of the big 3. 1. Cashew chicken 2. General Tso's chicken 3. Sweet and sour chicken. What he's eating here looks exactly like my favorite spot's general chicken. It's $5.35
