when i first visited rome the food was straight up bad. Actually not all of it just the pizza. It did not have enough cheese and it was like a tomato soup. But hey I might have gone to the wrong places. It was a school trip after all and you know they do not pick the best places. When I properly visit Italy and taste food in restaurants researched by myself, I will update my comment. Please take no offence in my answer. Cheers!

Do videos where you don't know if its the best or worst restaurant, get the cameraman or family to randomly pick the restaurant. Try the food, give your review of the restaurant and then read the review at the end of the video. Better yet get them to pick the best and worst without telling you which is which and you try both and give your opinion before finding out from the review, it would be more interesting.

The Italian crusines look succulent, and the decor look vintagely contemporary and comfortable. [ The garlic cheese bread, Rosa pasta, and mac n cheese look real delicious!] Daym, I would have preferred if you actually made a total mukbang from Salute' s Resturant, and do a review while you were dining and eating. The Devil Shrimp (Shrimp Fra Diavalo) is the standard with the garlic bread with cheese. The Rose Pasta, Chicken Pesto, there are many amazing dishes there. This is the same food from the original Hot Tomato’s that used to be connected to the train station. Good stuff! 😋

It's about to be summer in a few minutes. Get into a more laid back position and do reviews for those meals, foods, and drinks for us touristy types. The best diner, the best crab house, the best spot to get a hot dog, a lobster roll, or a slice of apple pie. Bring a friend or two and try out some regional craft brewers. Follow some food trucks, they're all over the place this time of year .This is a great series. Keep up the good work.
Aww man, though I think you should have tried chicken or eggplant parm, ziti or lasanga or ravioli (there are so many so maybe pick about 5 different kinds in one restaurant), anti pasta or Fettuccine Alfredo...I would love for you to review this in specialty restaurants as well!
