@@letsgobrandon7567 During the day there is no food expo so it's usually servers that have to put together dine in orders as well as takeout. It sucks not being able to give your customers the service you want but the industry be like that.

No, it was just a generic moz stick, that you can get at small sporting events and fairs and whatnot. They are frozen, and meant to be deep fried. These were not only microwaved, they were probably sitting in a freezer for a year or more.

You’re suppose to use mozzarella (preferably Polly- o cheese) not just a random thing of string cheese, which is why his wasn’t pulling apart it was just stiff. This ain’t TikTok recipes you can’t just add a stick of string cheese to some bread crumbs, fry it and call it a cheese stick.

I struggled watching Daym struggle thru this meal. 🤢
As a cook, I must say when the fryer starts chatting at you you pull them up super quick and dump them in a bowl and then serve them. A lot of entry level Cooks don't know how to cook mozzarella sticks! There is a finesse to it.
Work on a fryer long enough and everything just becomes second nature time wised
Cheese stick take 2 minutes maybe 3 minutes but I guess it depends on ur fryer

Once you hear the water starting to come out of the mozzarella sticks, pull them up and see if there is any little bits of cheese starting to leak through the breader. And then maybe let them sit for 10 seconds to 20 seconds to carry over cook. You are not stupid

Thats because it probably was school lunch food. There are mass market suppliers that do the school lunches and they'll supply to restaurants and vending services as well, sometimes under different branding.
