Hey Daym! This is a completely true Peruvian style restaurant the roasted chicken is called Pollo La Brasa. That cookies are short bread with dulche de leche on the inside they are called alfajores. I highly recommend you try a strictly Peruvian place if you can find one! There's 2 dishes I highly recommend that will hit real different and smack you will flavor depending on the location! Which are Lomo Saltado (It's a beef potato stir fry) and so much more
When I realized the place you were reviewing in this video was PERUVIAN chicken I got excited, I knew you'd be enjoying something good!

I love when you enjoy the food. A 4 is a good score, but I'd like to know what *exactly* prevented you from giving a 5? The place was immaculate, the food was delicious, was it really the smaller wings? Should they perhaps get their wings from another food source provider that has bigger portions? Perhaps with the smaller wings they should offer more wings in the order? (going by ounces instead of pieces)?

Shortbread cookies with guava jelly? Yes, please. The Tres Leches might be nice, but I'm a flan lover and that one looked so, so very good. But it would all have to wait for that fantastic chicken. If I come up that way to visit a dear friend, I might have to convince him to drive us here!

And Also Culver’s in Chicago Illinois (really for Culver’s, Sauk City, Wisconsin is the birthplace. But considering that Sauk City is 4 hours away from Chicago, you can go to a Culver’s in Chicago on Cicero by Midway Airport.)

My favorite Peruvian dish is “Saltado de pollo” it’s chicken, rice and fries from good ole “El Pollo Inca” here in Cali.
That looked and sounded like a good spot. There's a similar spot in Maryland around the DC area. Called "Sardis".

Maaaaan you GOTTA try lomo saltado! I gotta check this place out but as of right now el sabroso in east Hartford is my top Peruvian restaurant, spent 2 months in Peru and can confirm it’s legit.
