I'm currently at the end of my invisilign treatment, and I have to say, it's been great! I had the problem were my front teeth were really separated from one another, and it made me very self conscious of my smile. Now after following the rules meticulously, my smile is beautiful and I feel really confident in my smile now! It's a 100% worth it, but you have to be diligent with it!
I had metal braces in my mid-30. The result worths the 18 month’s pain! Most orthodontists I consulted recommended the metal braces and only one suggested for Invisalign. I didn’t go for it because he said he must grind several
my teeth to make space to bring front protruding teeth in. It really depends on your teeth and what kind results you want to get and then choose the most suitable treatment for your needs.

Whether it is metal brace or invisible brace,it depends on one's teeth condition. I have spacey teeth especially the front of my upper teeth and the orthodontist told me that I should use metal braces,yeah it hurts especially after tightening braces per months,but that is bearable for me,I also met a friend who used metal braces for 1 and half year and now using the invisible braces after taking off metal braces just to make the teeth changes last
I remember as a teenager people would laugh at others who had braces but I got them at age of 25 I’ve had them for over 2 years now and I love having them especially that my smile has improved and I am able to smile a lot more with them on then ever before! I will miss them when they take them off 😂 but it will definitely improve my confidence! ❤

We are twinning 🤣 I had Invisalign as well it really is amazing, but few tooth will get stubborn and for that braces come in handy. 98% Invisalign does help. I still ate everything 🤣 in beginning yes my eating was different
You just reminded me to call my dentist office so I could make appointment with them about getting my Invisalign soon even tho I’m afraid to go cause I don’t have any money to pay out of pocket for it since of course my dental insurance doesn’t cover half of what I need done so fun being an adult 😪🥲🤦🏾♀️
