So basically I've done this program 4 time a week plus I've been going to the gym once in a week for 2h
I started as 70,3kg and I lost 7.9kg (62.4kg this morning)
I don't think it's normal to lose all this weight and this short period. I wasn't exactly starving myself but I was eating less then what my body needs (l eat 1633 calories in a day which is 700 calories less then what my body needs at the start of the program) I've been counting my calories using an application I will give you the name of it if you're interested and I would say it's hard at first but then when you get used to it it becomes easier especially because I'm one of these people who plans there meals and don't experiment a lot with food and I don't have any problems with eating the same food multiple times in a week which make it easier for me to count, and I will say that I'm quite happy with the result especially because I've been working out regularly

@@stay-1902oh my gosh that amazing. strength training is so good for weight loss and you also get some really cool strength to show off haha. im an avid rock climber and also do shirlyn Kim’s workouts but my diet is not the greatest. Can you recommend me some of your fave foods. I have a lactose allergy but I can substitute foods where needed. You’d be a great help! :)

i think doing this workout and maybe belly workout your gonna reduce breast fat and size
just to be clear in case you dont know you can’t target specific areas of fat lovey. you’d have to reduce your overall body fat percentage to do that which is totally doable! hope its going well for you :)

i think doing this workout and maybe belly workout your gonna reduce breast fat and size
For that you have to lose weight because breast is basically made out of fat. So if you lose weight your breast will be smaller.
