    I didn’t want to do it but I did and my shoulder and back feels much relaxed. I’m not allowed to use weights per my husband orders due to being so far in pregnancy but the burn was definitely still there. Thank you for this and I look forward to working out again soon 🙌🏾

    Ok Bruh. I had a kidney Transplant Oct. 6, 2023. (7 months ago) Do you Recomended these exercises for me or should I consult my Nephrologist first? 🙏🏾 🙌🏾
