اخي ضروري قبل بدئ بأي تمرين قيام باحماء اركب ولعب باوزان خفيفة وتدرج فيها الالم وصابة تأتي بتجاهل نصائح الي دكرتها
اذا البنت لعبت رياضه بالبيت بدون اثقال هل ممكن يطلع لها عضله؟
ضروري اوزان ثقيلة عشان تطلع عضلات بشكل اسرع

You don't need heavy weights... if your just starting your journey bodyweight will work. You want to work on form first. Once you get that and you can do an exercise efficiently and safely, then you can add resistance (progressively) . Remember higher reps with lighter weight =lean muscle. Lower reps with heavy weight = muscle mass.
Keep your backbone straight and everything will be fine
