🍠Ingredients
▪︎ Bread
• Bread Flour 17g
• Pinesoft T 175g
• Pinesoft C 37g
• Pinesoft 202 37g
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Unsalted Butter (Softened) 55g
• 1 Large Egg
• Corn Syrup 25g
• Vegetable Oil 35g
• Water 190g
▪︎ Filling
• Sweet Potato 400g
• Unsalted Butter (Softened) 2tbsp
• Cream Cheese 90g
• Powdered Sugar 40g
• Purple Sweet Potato Powder
😍ALTER INGREDIENTS if you can't find Pinesoft Flours
please follow the same instruction when making it using tapioca and glutinous flour. 🥰
▪︎ Bread
• Bread Flour 30g
• Tapioca Starch 175g
• Glutinous Rice 35g
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Unsalted Butter (Softened) 50g
• 1 Large Egg
• Corn Syrup 10g
• Vegetable Oil 10g
• Water 70g
• Purple Sweet Potato Powder ( shopee.ph/Purple-Sweet-Potato... )
🍠Instructions
1. peel the sweet potato, wash and boil until become tender or you can soften it using the microwave oven.
2. Smashed the sweet potato in a bowl, add Softened butter and mix together. set it aside until it's cooldown. In other clean bowl cream the cream cheese together with the powdered sugar mix together until well combined.
3. Once the sweet potato cooled down combine well the cream cheese mixture and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Making the dough: In a clean bowl combine the following, pinesoft t, pinesoft c, pinesoft 202, bread flour and salt mix using whisk. Next put all the wet ingredients egg, vegetable oil, corn syrup and water. Mix everything well. Knead the dough until all the ingredients are combined. Keep kneading the dough while adding the butter. knead the dough until completely combined. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
5. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, about 60g each. Roll each dough into a ball shape.
Flatten the dough to a circle shape then place one sweet potato filling in the center of the dough. (50g each for the filling)Fold the dough by pinching the edges together. And then roll it back and forth to a sweet potato shape using your hands.
6. Place the shaped dough on the bench with purple sweet powder. Roll it back and forth to coat the dough with purple sweet potato powder. Prick lightly to make it look like a real sweet potato.
7. Bake on a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.

Hi can i cook the wet ingredients till it boils first then add dry ingredients like bread flour, glutinous rice and tapioca?
@@JesseChoi77 ohh because i tried mixing all the ingredients without boiling the wet ingredients first. Then it taste like uncooked (i mean the dough)😭😅 dunno why, i baked like 16 minutes and it taste like uncooked dough

I made it using tapioca glutinous and bread flour bcoz i didnt have pinesoft but the dough become crisp and taste like uncooked dough. 😔

I have the same problem, the replacement mixture of tapioca glutinous and bread flour is watery and cannot form a dough.
