Ingredients: For 8 pieces of bread
=Dough ：
Bread flour 270g/2 cups
Water 150g /2/3 cup
Instant yeast 3g/1/2 tsp
Sugar 30g/2 tbsp
Purple sweet potato powder 20g/1tbsp
Salt 2g/1/4 tsp
Unsalted butter 25g/2 tbsp
Fillings ：
Steamed purple sweet potato 200g/1 cup
Condensed milk 30g/2tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 200g/1 cup
Decoration：
Purple sweet potato powder
Preheat the Oven on 170°C（340℉）bake for 15 -17minutes
