sweet potato bread had gone viral while ago in korea. so today I'm gonna make this. I thought it'll be complicated but turned out is very easy and simple. so here's the recipe :
dough :
175 gr tapioca starch
35 gr glutinous rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
10 gr cooking oil
10 gr corn syrup or honey
70 gr warm milk
1 egg (small)
50 gr butter
30 gr all purpose flour
filling :
350 gr steamed and peeled sweet potato
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn syrup or honey
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp condensed milk (optional)
coating : sweet potato powder (about 20 gr)
