Is cycling a good excise for lymphatic pump
My mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and she had a surgical procedure in august 2022. Her right hip lymph nodes were removed. Lymphatic fluid began to build up in her right leg after some months. Now, it has been 2-3 months, the lymphatic fluid sometimes build up in her abdomen too. On days she has her feet swollen, her stomach is relieved.
Please suggest some massage or anything for relief. The lymphatic fluid in stomach gets painful and she can't even eat.

Same here. If you can do manual sweeping to move the fluid to the lymph nodes on her good side, the fluid can drain there. There are lymph drain areas under the knees, too. Kelly has gone over some helpful suggestions recently, if you want to review her more recent videos. She mentioned looking for a doctor of physical therapy who has the lymphatic training - if you go to the organization's website, you can search to find one near you. It's likely that she will need a referral from her primary care for PT for it, but she'll benefit greatly from it if she sees a PT who is a lymphedema specialist.

Can you show what the main lymphatic vessels/ tubules are in central area. How do they connect in the trunk area of body and their relationship with the heart?
I'm a minister of 45 years, and last summer, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me to go and walk up a hill at my former church. I called my daughter to meet me at the church. Then I told her about what the Holy Spirit had said to me. On our way up, I had severe pain in my lower neck, the bottom part of my neck. The severe pain went from the top of one shoulder to the other. Never down my arms. My daughter wanted to call an ambulance. I said, "No, the Holy Spirit said for me to go up this hill, and I'm going. After three times up the hill, my pain was completely gone. I know that I know something was wrong with my lymphatic system. God is good, and this teaching is worth an untold amount of money! Please listen carefully to every word and put it into practice!
