I’ve been using your workout/stretching videos while trying to recover from a couple surgeries and a few procedures from last year. I’m very grateful for your free content. I live 3 hours from a city where the nearest physical therapist are located. Thank you for all you & your crew do!

This is great! Thanks! I'm taking my CDT training in February. Your videos have been so concise and informative. You're really helping me get my head wrapped around this so that I can take on the live classes better. I just finished the 8 modules online required before the live classes. Thanks again!!

A chiopractor used cupping which worked immediately but only lasted several hours. The only thing that works for my legs is walking daily for a minimum of an hour at least 3-mph pace.

For my venous insufficiency I've had several vein ablation s (closings). It's an in-office procedure with a 2-week recovery when you can't lift things or do strenuous exercise. It has helped stop the throbbing that I had

@@CancerRehabPT Okay then, if leaked fluid in the abdomen (ascites) is caused by damaged lymphatics, are there any manual techniques, such as massage or brushing, that can move the excess fluid into other areas of the body for a proper return to the lymphatic system?

I have lower limb lymphedema. When wrapped with short-stretch bandages by a certified lymphedema therapist, the bandages will fall down within ten minutes after walking around. Is this normal? Is this what you see with your patients? What is an alternative? Only nighttime wearing of bandages? Thoughts?
