Donut is absolutely hilarious. The fact that they used a cinder block on the gas shows just how genius and last minute all their projects are!
As a Firebird owner (3rd gen), this hurt to watch, but it was still so friggen cool to see this thing go. Props to you guys. It must’ve been even more awesome to be there in person!
I was thinking the same thing, even though they were V6 firebirds it still killed me to watch!
I know right? The white ones are my favorite for some reason I've always enjoyed the quality of Pontiacs it sucks that they discontinued Pontiac but I assume the are doing the same thing they did with the Camaro which I knew back then it wouldn't be too long before they started producing them again. There is a company however, that has been certified by GM (the only one at that) to turn the new Camaros into a "TransAm" but it has to be a factory condition vehicle and it isn't really the same but they do look nice there are some videos of them on CZcams I believe.

I have to imagine the feeling of driving a car off a massive ramp in FPV while actually accelerating forward in the golf cart was pretty damn scary, on top of the massive pressure of wanting it to work right. Big props to Nolan

This kind of videos feel a bit like Avengers movies to me, a great way to bring together some content creators and their group of fans to fight for a common cause. I have seen some other CZcamsrs I am a fan of working toguether in videos, and their collabs are always so satisfying...

There's something hilarious about the fact that all of this effort and expense went into creating 53 seconds worth of content on MB's channel.

Yea like we see CZcamsrs collaborate all the time but I feel like it’s rare for them to show how that works behind the scenes.
Watching Nolan almost have a heart attack but end up celebrating in the end makes all Donut videos worth it.
So the biggest youtuber in the world 0:30 Mrbeast only got 2.2 million views in 3 weeks? Lame.
That has got to be one of the coolest things Nolan has ever had the chance to do, I would be telling that story to everyone I met for the rest of my life
Love the video game sound effects, some of those were really subtle. The VATS sound, TF2 heavy, a little quiet "perfect" from street fighter
The shot at 21:25 of james and nolan cruising in the side by side brings a tear to my eye, what a beautiful journey
It brought tears to my eyes as well, the fact that Max did not Mount the antennas on the outside as I instructed him to, didn't Mount the camera where I suggested, therefore Nolan had very poor orientation and no view of the speedometer or the steering disc to gauge his input, therefore he only got up 78 mph and it was a complete failure. 2 months of my life down the drain as well as a ton of money 4 days traveling, if you are crying imagine me.

@@DubscrThanks, yeah I'm usually an optimist by a long shot. In this case however I should have listened to Jimmy from mrbeast and controlled the car. I was more worried about donuts video then I was my own.
Warped Perception guy is a genius, to get that many jets running is crazy. But we all know Nolan had the best seat in the field, wild. Great job everyone!

I hope they got to salvage some of the parts to use later.
From watching Nolan trust James with not crashing the golf cart while he's blind, To watching Nolan's relief when it's all over, to not knowing Donut was involved when i watched the Mr Beast video first AND STILL be on the edge of my seat, to see it ACTUALLY send it even more (AGAIN)!!! what a great video.

Totally, I hit the like button when I saw Matt's hoodie (BE KIND).
The part when it went through the bus was the best thing i have ever seen watching donut media. And hell, donut media is the main reason i have any understanding of how cars work. Makes it easier for fixing my car.
As an owner of a red 1997 v6 firebird, this hurt a little to watch 2 be destroyed but that was absolutely amazing, never thought id see my 2 favorite channels collab like this. Amazing.

I've been watching Matt for years, started by watching all of the see through engine videos, and the fact that you guys stumbled on him by searching "jet engine" on CZcams is such a perfect story. He was THE GUY that you needed to make that bird fly and I'm so glad everything worked out. This is hands down the best Collab ever and it's with two of my favorite channels.

I’ve never felt happier for a group of guys I’ve met in my life. I’ve been watching since day one and to see James and Nolan jer bear Justin and Zach smiling for ear to ear has a big sense of accomplishment. Congratulations on the accomplishment and here’s to many other endeavors on the channel
I miss Bart. One day hell make his triumphant return, like some forgotten anime character that comes back 100 episodes later.

Nolan(the big one with eyeglasses have control the rc)is somewhat me like, rarely able to handle the stress of even a little bumps in process of and he most likely is type of guy who can get in depressed/ stressful mode very quickly, and the friends seem like understanding which is very good.
He likely will fall into this sad state of mind sort even for alittle hurdle in things, especially with those he values or have much hope for.
I wish him the smoothest of life ahead

They probably didn’t ask for credit
He paid them, he could have given 1 seconds of credit or just a quick text credit if he felt like it and that would be fine. Giving them 30 seconds sounds pretty dang generous. He also allowed them to make their own video out of it, which is huge. What else did you expect him to do, lick their feet for 50% of the video?
You act like you know what went down and what agreements were made behind the scenes. You can best believe they definitely got paid for their work, whether they got a shoutout or not.
With how fast i clicked on the donut video once i saw they made the car... JImmy is smart, they get clicks.

Seeing Nolan and James chasing after the jet car put such a smile on my face. I started watching donut since the first up to speed and seeing y’all evolve and grow the channel to this is amazing.
That’s the same exact radio control and steering servo I use in my 1/8 scale professional RC car

Mann... as a guy who works at AutoZone, I'm so jealous of the team that got to help you in Chicago! I hope they took good care of you guys!
AutoZone NEVER takes good care of me.... The last time I went in there the only TWO guys working in there had ZERO idea what a replacement CV axle boot was, so then I just ordered online while I was standing there, and then the 2 doofus's had NO idea where to look for it in the store. They were BOTH rummaging around in the back of the store for 15 minutes, when I decided to go look for myself, and I found it in the "Help section" where the Dorman products are in about 3 minutes. Then I had to "wait" for them to come back to the register after they failed to find it, so that I could complete the online transaction, to which neither guy knew how to do either..... 🤷🤦
So yea, I will NOT go back into my local AutoZone until they get RID of their useless employees, and hire someone that has just a PINCH 🤏 of automotive knowledge, and NOT just fill the place with idiocracy.
