    Soumya mai 3 month se exercise kar rahi hun but i dont have any result mai 2 time exercise karti hun morning and evening
    Weak me ek din off bhi karti hun
    Normally eating bhi karti hun
    Detox water and warm water bhi peeti hun
    Still have no result
    Even sab bol rahe hain tu aur moti hogyi hai
    M warried about my body please reply what should I do
