I have a lot of breakouts after workout. What should I do
Take shower immediately after exercise. Because of sweat being dried up, it may b causing. I might be wrong, but this would be my suggestion.
@@nishafathimaa not might be but you are actually wrong girl ! Taking shower immediately after workout can lead to many health problems and breakout are just on your skin atleast it's not harming you internally . I'm saying it in a really good way think before giving suggestions as other person might be not enough capable of understanding what's right or wrong
Sorry not trying to be rude but that's not really healthy and your gonna regain it cause JoJo effect trust me don't do it 👀 exercise and be in calorie deficit
