    3 gram protein from chapati 18 grams from paneer(100gm) 4 grms from yogurt(100gm contains 11 gm protien).she used less quantity. 1 grm from beetroot 1 - 2grms from cashews Overall - 25 to 27gm protein ❤❤

      Take shower immediately after exercise. Because of sweat being dried up, it may b causing. I might be wrong, but this would be my suggestion.

Taking shower immediately after workout can lead to many health problems and breakout are just on your skin atleast it's not harming you internally . I'm saying it in a really good way think before giving suggestions as other person might be not enough capable of understanding what's right or wrong
