      So when we talk about weight loss can be water weight loss, fat loss, bone density getting reduced muscle loss specifically, but what do you want actually is just fat loss. You don’t want Muscle to get depleted from your body and you also don’t want to just see the fluctuations and water weight. What do you want is fat loss and that is what we call us in Los so in loss is always a better way in order to measure your progress.
