Very informative video and for sure all points are so so beneficial for us ..
Here is a summary of the above video ❤
1. Sleep on time (7-8 hrs )
2. Eat at the same time everyday
3. Have fiber in food
4.Chew food properly and not just gulping it
5. Take small meals in every 2-3 hours and not big meals in a large time window.
6. Don't take too much added sugar
