1) Zumba workout (cardio)
2) methi water
3) squats, lunges, high-knees(lower body exercises)
4) reduce calorie intake
5) intermittent fasting
6) 10-12k steps
7) No alcohol
8) Limit sodium intake
9) Limit added sugar
10) walk after every meal

Hello somya I lost 5kgs bcz of your videos in lockdown at the duration of 2months a slow process and I stopped working out for almost 1and half years so I gained 2kgs now...I lost weight slowly and gain the weight slowly too so I'm happy with that thanks to you ❤ and now I'm going start my journey again

I'm doing IF 16:8 .from 12 days first week quickly i lost 2kgs later nothing it's same and I'm on good diet no white rice no sugar no junk still I'm not finding good results. I'm not sure I'll get in future or it's too early to conclude
Have patience keep doing by eating right time.have good carbs it is important,moreover protein and good fats.add ghee in your diet it is going to helpful.
