    I havr a doubt maam actually i make like diff flavoured chapatis too make it more nutritious
    Like beetroot,palak chaptis they are way beyond tasty +healthy but why do i can't digest it properly
    I mean my stomach sarts paining diarrhea happens.Its not with me only its smae issue with my elder sister and my mom even though we used both palak and beetroot boiled while making chapati

    Dii i don’t like salads and veggies like cucumber, tomato, and others bcoz i feel nausea when i eat and i tried with curd also still dii

      You can have carrots , cabbage also season it with lemon and salt

      Hi coming from a picky eater who hates veggies... but right now a great salad lover.
      so i still hate eating veggies simply but by doing these i am able to have a daily bowl of salad.
      my favorite salad is sprouts salad(also this is my meal as it makes me full and satisfies me)
      take some sprouts ( i usually take about 1-2 small Chinese bowl or katori) it should be cooked...
      take ur veggies i use onion , cucumber , tomato chopped and cabbage cut in thin not too long strips.
      u can also use carrot and other leaves and veggies u like.
      NOW the MOST IMPORTANT PART
      add 1 tablespoon peanuts crushed ( not like powder crush ) it gives a good crunch to it.
      add 3-5 cubes of paneer to it ( it should be scrambled maybe like powder the panner with ur hands and make into small particles the smaller the better)
      Also add some coriander leaves if u like
      now NEXT IMPORTANT PART SEASONING
      my fave seasoning for this salad is
      lemon juice
      pepper
      cumin and some other spices that u like
      chat masala
      salt and mix mix mix.
      make sure the seasoning, paneer and peanuts is equally distributed.
