Truly inspiring! In US people have been using dry chickpea four for omelets but i am pretty sure the chickpea does not have as many nutrients and protein or the lightness of moong dal. thanks very much I will be making all of these!

You can also mix the recipes. You can have plain moong daal paste and stuff it with paneer stuffing of this besan chila..It will taste more amazing. (moong daal chila basically)

@@neerazsharma6 paneer you can make at home if you find it expensive. Instead of Quinoa make it with oats and besan or skip oats and make with grated potato and besan. Chill and try making with substitutes available with you.

What I like most is sarso ka tel... Which remains available in most of the house.... Generally oil is the very base of dish... If it is said olive etc I feel like pta ni ab kaise banega agr yeh n hoga... Didi all are very well nd easy nd yummy... I will surely try

Gunjan ji all the 7 healthy vegetarian breakfast fast are awesome - I suggest in your POWER POHA along with cheakpeas, you can add some peanuts / roasted peanuts - adding peanuts will add some more protein and healthy fats from peanuts.

Suggestion: We shouldn’t bring sprouts to heat or expose them to flames (very high temperature) coz that kills the nutrients in them. Always prefer to eat them raw.

No, sprouts should be steamed for 5 minutes
Do not eat sprouts raw in monsoon season as it may have alot of microorganisms that can cause digestive issues in the tract if consumed with food.
I also make a power poha adding soya chunks. Loved all your recipes and especially how you didn't fry the paratha. Usually frying can also result in indigestion. So, i'd prefer your method. Thank you. :)

Wow I made the Moonglets today for breakfast I thought it would be boring like other low calories low carbs diet but I was surprised my husband and I both loved it, I was full and didn’t have lunch even, it tasted so good! Thank you so much! I have just been put on a no carb diet by my doctor as I was sick, too busy at work and my diet was killing me slowly. But when you grow up eating rotis, rice, curries and spices, it’s very very hard to change, I was getting upset because I didn’t know what to eat anymore. Breakfast is my favourite meal so I started to google low carb breakfast and found this treasure! Yay!🤩

@@harsharts3437it's available in medical shops, super market, which is mainly used whenn we affect with gas trouble issues, this is mixed with cold water not too sugary
