    Hi Soumya my weight is very high I want to reduce weight 39.2 kg make it 50 kg so I came Just for your help okay Can I do Jumping jacks daily unstoppable it will reduce weight fast Soumya ? how many kilo it will go if we will do Jumping jacks daily any idea my dear sweet Soumya 🤔🤔🤔

      Hi if you r obese then please don’t start with jumping jacks. Start with indoor or outdoor walking10 k with portion control meal. And quick fitness is not possible it will take time depending upon your body and lifestyle. Only jumping jacks for long time can’t help.
