    I loved your information than anybody else Soumya you are my inspiration always Whatever you said I stopped Noodles Junk foods Sweets rarely on birthday other functions only I am eating Sweet other that no sweets in Green Tea no sugar in all Noodles I avoided completely like you said when your channel was beginning you told in one video because of Noodles I became overweight when I stopped everything I reduced weight alot so that it helped me alot Soumya great effort you are maintaining your health & body nicely great Thanks for everything my dear 🫡🥹😘😀🫂🫀🙏
