Day 1: did only one set...not repeated it,feeling pain throughout my body😥
Day 2: did only one set,,I wanted to repeat but my body isn't allowing but I added some extra exercises with this set.....but I promise from tomorrow onwards I'll complete my routine...yehhh,,so BOL to me😅
....did zumba for 20 mins in the evening.....uuhooooooo....

Hello mam, I'm Meghana, I'm requesting u to upload a workout video on upper body fat, Bcz as of now everyone are concentrating on lower body, I hv nvr seen someone posting a upper body workout n it's really hard to know how to reduce upper body fat like shoulders,arms,bar fat,neck, everything which is related to upper body, could u please add a video on that Tysm💓

I am on my weight loss programme n i am following you very regularly i will ask you to be more specific with your exercise like tell 10 sec before when you change an exercise tell us to take rest in between cause when you change directly an exercise we become sometimes confuse and timer starts on i want to go ahead with you in my weight loss journey hope u will see this message

And yess the basics of weight loss as u mentioned like, cut off sugar, avoid eating after 8pm .. lemon n hot water. I have started the process. Hope it showers some good results!!
