To be frank I didn't follow any strict diet plans, I've just reduced carbohydrates in my meals and eating unwanted sugar. I was drinking green tea and ginger tea in the evenings instead of milk tea. I strictly followed workout challenges, walking and some yoga.
How many months after you see the result... I didn't loosing my weight since 1 month I doing diet n workout plz help me what I do
@@mech_ty_a_05_gayatrikhamit46 My personal suggestion for u. Do skipping daily. You wont belive i reruced around 8 kgs in 3 weeks. But I do skipping in very hard way. In the morning I do 2000 skips.And in the evening i do 2000 skips. But not continuously. And also I do core workouts also. But i dont follow any diet plan. May be i get even a better result if i follow it. But i wont follow any diet. Try to do skipping....
@@mech_ty_a_05_gayatrikhamit46 It took me 2 months approximately to see the changes first... You can't see changes within a month, consistency is the key!! Keep trying and don't get disappointed.. All the best ♥️

I do hips thighs and butt challange and this challenge I got awesome 😎 results . I did that for 1month . It is awesome . If u are first time to do this exercise don't lose your hope . First your body was ready to intake the exercise . In first week you got only minimum results . That's why means it's your first time . That's the time to lose your hope . Don't lose your self confidence please take the challenge for atleast 2 moths .

The stretches u did after ALTERNATE TOES, that we have to do after repeating progression 1 and 2 or we have to do it both the times.....?
Its my 2nd day n the burpee is the hardest 1 for me so i literally skip half of the time in that exercise... i have sprained my knee so im taking squat tuck slow but damn im sweating profusely im going to check my weight after a week lets see how thisll go

@@spoorthi3911 just FYI, rice has essential amino acids that are very important for your body...So leaving it isn't exactly helpful in the long term and sure as heck ain't nothing to brag about

Hello dear somya I started my weight loss journey after getting Motivated by you last year during lockdown I was able to reduce 10 kgs and maintained it throughout the year.. now this year after following your this video and intermediate fasting for two weeks I have lost 2 kg in 2 weeks

@@mitalisingh9329 yes I followed intermediate fasting and I used to take up which ever challenge she uploaded it took me complete 5 months to loose that much weight but as soon as I rejoined my job I didn't have any regular routine of work out although I continued with the diet

My weight is 80 and I can't wear and of my favourite dresses because of it . I am 5 feet and the 17 year old everyone who is younger then me is taller. So I wanna lose my weight no matter how much it pains but now I am determined to do it. I will do it no matter what. I will update if it really effects . Wish me luck.
