I dont have that kind of money and I have to sell my horse.
Lol
She said at the end..I don't have that type of money..I'm going to have to sell my horse 😂
The defendant was so dramatic telling the story 😂🤣 the judge was like…ok stop
😂😂😂 Right
Sorry not sorry the Witness with the dog. Dramatic much Ms. Stop it 🤣🤣🤣
Absolutely love this show I have been watching back to back episodes
Yeah I love this show too
@@stephaniezuniga5835 been watching back to back episode
@@carrieanthony5883 me too
Yep me too I lot a 100%
Well, you'll all be disappointed to find out that it's not real and that they're all paid actors. Look it up. It's the same with the child support Court show. I was so angry when I found out!
That woman actually thought she was going to get away with it????
Horse and carriages don't stop as quickly as cars duh.
I don't have that kind of money 💵 I've have to sell my 🐴
This is not a court, but a National Lottery
THIS Is Real Court Cases He's A Real Judge So Until You're Educated Like Myself And Him You Have No Say About This Topic Period Thank You
@@brianzamora5575 No its not. At the end you can read the disclaimer this was inspired by real events, but not the real case. It's staged.
😂
This is sad what people do to avoid taking responsibility
I need to go to that judge for injury money all I need to do is to throw myself in front of any moving vehicle 🤷♂️
The motorist is responsible for the pesdestrian
😂
Fair judgment. She should be riding it slowly and should have been able to stop in time.
Whenever you take control of any kind of vehicle it's your responsibility to watch for pedestrians and take care of your passengers on the farm they wouldn't even let me sit on the tractor till I learned that
That works for scooters as well so he should have been in his lane he wasn't a pedestrian he was in charge of an electric scooter.
Horse and carriages don't stop as quickly as cars duh.
@@walkertongdee most of the ranchers I knew could stop their horse and cart almost on a dime why because they went a reasonable speed when around pedestrians in fact the only time I've seen them need to slow down to stop is when they were riding at full speed gallop in the fields
He shouldn't have gotten anything. He's 100% responsible for his own injuries.
Yeah that your point mate
She didn't have glasses on when she was supposed to. It is most definitely her fault and she should've had to pay him.
I disagree she has been rude and she is responsible she had her evidence out on court which were not enough to support her
Me either I don't care like that
It's not a car,you can't slam on the brakes.
I love the tv show and the defendant is denied claims
Please note that ESA dogs do not have public access. Which includes a court room. Please in future make sure to do your homework. It hurts those with actual service animals.
Its a staged show.
@@BlackHatTy Partially. These were actual cases Gino had to work with as a lawyer. While parts of the show is staged, the cases he had were real.
I have watch all of the episodes literally all of them
Horses are not quiet animals so he should have heard the horse coming... then again you can steer a horse into the bike lane if nothing was there. End of the day he stopped his scooter on the wrong side of the road so I believe he is totally responsible
🤪👈Some of these judgements are wrong...in this case like in most places in the world horses have the right of way....this judge is out to lunch...!!!😎👍🇨🇦
What kind of d-bag wears headphones 🎧 to a court 😂
The defendant was so happy bec that's what he's after.....MONEY!
🎉totally wrong verdict, he was in the wrong place, not paying attention and it is not easy to stop a horse and carriage. So sorry for the carriage owner and now this idiot thinks he can do what and where he wants
Like a bat out of boom boom 😂🤣
For a fake show it seems pretty real😂😂😂😂😂😂
How does someone pay 400k plus if he or she doesn't have it??? How does that Work in the states??
You go to jail for failure to pay
@@LeoX78 thanks
Logical decision from a legal viewpoint. While he should not have stopped on the lane to take a selfie, she is supposed to be able to stop her horse in time to avoid an obstacle that is not even moving.
Besides she knew full well she was supposed to be wearing her glasses while on the road, so she tries to discreetly put them on AFTER THE accident?!?
Finally, I find her dismissive attitude towards younger people very misplaced: that she's pushing 60 does NOT give her the right to do whatever she likes.
Hopefully that'll teach her a lesson.
Horse and carriages don't stop as quickly as cars duh.
@@walkertongdee All the more reason for them should be more responsible and careful, duh!
ZERO accountability for his actions. He knew he was in the wrong place.Just because a person wears glasses doesn’t mean they NEED they all day every day. He shouldn’t have gotten ANYTHING. I guess next time she should plow into the crowd of kids. Americans!!! Unjust enrichment. Yuk!!!
also the judge never asked if she was far sighted or near sighted
I think I watch this show just to rage at it, even without her glasses she saw him and blew whistle. He not only isn't pay attention but also in the wrong place. Sigh being a idiot gets you paid on this show.
For Ms.Foster, in your neglegence you SHOULD HAVE HAD your glasses on everytime you are operating a vehicle. Whether it is a motor vehicle or not. YOU ARE operating it!
The owner of the horse and company should pay the guy for injuries.😮😮😮😮😮
You better hope that the judge makes the right decision how much money did she have to sell her horse for?
Who names there dog muffin lol 😆
The crazy dog ladies.
Correct verdict. At first, I thought the plaintiff was going to lose. But the big piece of evidence that cements this case is the fact the defendant did NOT have her glasses on while she was driving the carriage. If she had her glasses on, the verdict would've probably not favored the plaintiff.
I agree I really thought the defendant was going to win because she had her whistle she blew her whistle and he should not have been in the middle of road where she was riding. However, as shown on her license she is required to have her glasses and she did not do so. If the plaintiff had not brought a witness the verdict would have ended very differently for the defendant
The guy at 14:56 is too funny
This was defiantly injustice
Nice whistle @6:37
I was so disappointed to find out that it's not real and that they're all paid actors. Look it up. It's the same with the child support Court show. I was so angry when I found out!
legal sauce!!
Its not very detailed, so did the horse run him over or did the carriage also run him over? if both then she was going way faster than a trot and maybe did not see him. Horses also being smart animals avoid running over people, so there is more to this case than shown in this reenactment
$255,000 this person better hope they don’t get sued by him. I hope he proves his case. After the guy said something about her drivers license, everything came to the light she’s guilty is charged. This is why you can’t do dirt payback is a mother.
Everyone needs to watch out for this " man baby " IT is out to sue people for his wrongdoing.
The one in Grey sweater gorgeous in audience front row plaintiff side
Right call judge. How is she going to say yeah I seen him and still didn't stop...smh and then say I have to sell my horse?!?! She didn't want that horse to begin with that's why she hit the guy on purpose.
She even had the whistle 6:38
@@gameboy4534 but she neglegted to wear her glasses 🤦♂️
Wrong WRONG WRONG
Great video, early this year i was in a very bad condition, i was so sick i almost died, i did everything i could but to no avail, the doctors couldn't help, i felt hopeless till a friend of my friend told him to tell me that i should consult a spiritual doctor. ever since that day, my life has changed, I'm very OK, i can run miles. i feel strong. i healed completely
I can't agree with this. He is 100% responsible for his own injuries.
Sad!
My question is, why didn't she just stop??
The defendant's (Mr. Ceasar) statement is so lame. You could tell there is a lie in his statement. You could tell in him that he is such a irresponsible, immature individual.
You're riding a scooter in the roadway with headphone, do you think that's ideal? If you are a mature, educated, responsible individual, you wouldn't do that! Well, people here are immature and irresponsible, anyway.
Wrong decision Judge shame on him
I disagree with the judge . The guy is fully at fault
Does anyone have health insurance
She should have had her glasses on.
The lady’s ridiculous with her dog bout muffin people need to understand animals are animals.
kid scamming some lady
She must going too fast why she couldn't stop
She still could have pulled over to the side/steered the horse out of the way.
He cldnt give direct answer
423k is nice picec change
I hope everyone knows this isn't real. Small Claims courts maybe at the most will go up to a 100K if insurance is attached, but in most states it's about 50-60K. Of course, mind you there are plenty of victims with injuries, which civil court can take up to two years before actually having the judge hear the case, so these people shouldnt still have broken bones. When this much money is involved, lawyers have to be involved because there is going to be a civil Jury. No judge would every award so much so quickly. More than likely these are just stories of real cases that had real trials.
It's just a reenactment. These people are actors.
That's my question. What happens if these people don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars? I mean come on now. I think the judge was wrong in this decision
Esa dogs should not be in a court room. Only service dogs.
the bailiff dos,ent have any business with a gun maybe a tazeer
I have a problem with the amount not that he wins I understand that. I don’t think proper explanation is given for the amount of money requested and awarded
you just said you were looking at your phone taking a selfie so how did you see the horse coming also your suppose to look where your going this injury is your fault.......
If she had been going a sensible pace for a public path he would have had plenty time to move, so would she.
These feel fake
Personally I find the defendant 51% accountable and the plaintiff 49%.
If she had her glasses on, then probably. But because the defendant wasn't wearing her glasses, that shifts it to 75% fault on her.
I am sorry you going to sell your horse I’m sorry I really am but had you wear your glasses none of this could of happened
I hope this is fake. He was torally at fault!
This is wrong his 100% responsibility for his injury
These people sound fake and seem like actors.
They are actors. These cases are based on actual cases and reenacted.
Do people in America have such amount of money?
Second case is completely ridiculous 75% at fault is so bs . He literally stopped in oncoming traffic to take selfies
Horse and carriages don't stop as quickly as cars duh.
This was hard to watch only bc the way she talks was driving me nuts talking way to fast and antsy 🥴
Also emotional support animals are not allowed to go with you "everywhere" so I'm sure she's another service dog faker🙄
This fake
A ridiculous decision that's one reason i quit watching. I'm from chicago originally this show didn't not last long was pulled very quickly
Some of the women seated in this courtroom are absolutely fire
This is what I was talking about, see wat this poor lady is saying she don't have that much money she need to sale his horse whom she take care like family member....sometimes I think weather this court should exist or not..
These videos are a joke, it seems that nobody is taking responsibility for their own stupidity only the defendants are punished.
hes at fault he was in the wrong lane
what a joke of a court system
This judge is a joke
