    A contractor can only warn a person of the dangers. If they don’t listen they should not be able to collect. He was there 3 days before and seen the danger signs saying no entry and should have contacted the contractor to see if it’s now safe. Sometimes the law makes no sense. I saw the bad acting of the losers in the case, and came up with that conclusion. Last case, for instance, the contractor guy just standing their punching the table in an over-dramatic fashion kind of sealed that for me. So then, I read the fine print at the end where it literally states that the case is "inspired by actual litigation" of other cases, and that nothing presented represents real people, places, evidence or events. Any similarities to real people or places are purely coincidental. This is the same thing that appears at the end of most fictional movies.

    In the first one, she claims that she couldn't move that fast to get out of the way, yet I noticed that on her way back to her podium, she was able to move fairly quickly with her walker. If she was hurt as bad as the doctor testified, she wouldn't have been able to take the steps she was taking. There's also the fresh-looking cuts and abrasions on her face. I disagree with the judge on the fault comparison judgement because she had more of a fault than 20% just by standing so close to where the dumpster was to stop if the pothole hadn't been there.
    In the second case, If she was "attacked by bats" they were most likely trying to get away from her after she attacked them. Bats are usually more afraid of humans than humans are afraid of bats and if they feel threatened by anything, they will try to get away from danger.

  • @shaydedsoul

    Look.... I understand ptsd.... I suffer from nightmares every single night, and I genuinely feel sympathy for this woman. I genuinely understand that this encounter with bats TRULY terrified her, and affected her. There is no doubt there, but having a bat box to limit the mosquito population is not only NOT illegal, but also, not the ONLY possible cause for bats to be found at your property.... as they stated, "bats are wild animals".... The owners of the bat box have ZERO control over where these bats inevitably go.... so, desipite the ABSOLUTE REALITY of her fear, and the effects it had on her, these people are NOT responsible. Sometimes, bad things happen, and they are NO ONE'S fault.... they just.... are. That is what we are seeing here. These bats are not their pets (and therefore are not their property). They have absolutely NO control over what wild animals do.... in short, I genuinely feel awful for this woman, and her experience. I truly feel empathy towards her pain and ptsd symptoms, but... bottom line.... no one is to blame. sorry.

      Bats are totally different. Bats live in colonies; hummingbirds and squirrels do not. With installing those bat boxes, that couple were attracting bats to their property - like the judge said, virtual "bat hotels". And when one bat finds a nice home, 300 more show up to share that home! And when it's only 10 or so feet to the next property - an old garage with potential loose shingles or a window frame that doesn't quite fit right, they will find a way to get in to that property when their "bat hotel" is getting full. The woman disturbed one bat when she thought it was just a dark spot of mold on the wall, but once that single bat attacked her, all bats in the surrounding area would have come to that bat's aid and join in attacking the "threat" which happened to be the lady who owned the garage. I think the Judge was dead wrong with this decision, finding NO fault with the bat attracters. If my next door neighbors were housing bats I would call the local health department and wildlife department if my garage was being inhabited and filled with bat s**t by the bats my neighbors attracted. She's lucky she only got histoplasmosis - rabies could have killed her. Judge, you're wrong on this one!

    • @in4gainccali129
      @in4gainccali129 Před rokem

      You all know this show is fake. It's not illegal to attract animals. A " bat box" is basically a bigger bird house..if you leave your garbage cans out there's a chance of attracting mice,rats, raccoons and the could possibly invade your neighbors house and they all could have rabies or diseases. Bats are nocturnal and I find it hard to believe the neighbors left their garage closed long enough for a whole colony of 100s bats to migrate there without them opening exposing them to light. Either way you can't control nature and bat houses would be illegal to sell if you weren't allowed to use them for pest control. You could plant a bunch of flowers and bees could build a hive on your neighbors house and someone allergic could get stung. The guy saying bats were never in the neighborhood hood has no clue cause they are in most neighborhoods but hard to see at night like owls..again this shows bs..there's no judge in America that rules in %'s..you either guilty or not guilty. Watch the episode about the guy who tattooed a radio stations letters across his forehead..it's ridiculous

As the bat guy said, roofs and outhouses are common places for bat infestations (no bat box required). The man should have been clear with her about the fact that he was Rey bring the dumpster nearby. He did not make that clear. He just walked away and got in the truck. Nine old people do not pay any attention on top of that. She already had surgery and she was like that from the jump if you felt as though that she could have been in danger. He should have told her to move out the way, and said he just walked away and got in the car or truck.

I don’t know how they got in. But we left the front door open so they can fly out.. but we had the mop the broom. And everything else we could fine.. to try and hit them with, and we could never get them but eventually we did and they flew out.
