Turbo Oil Restrictor Drain Flow Test

Huron twin turbo C5 corvette, 7075 comp triplex bearing with .029” oil feed restrictors. Testing the oil drain flow. It’s about .06 gpm at 40psi with 15w40 at about 90*f.

I have a new Garrett T4 whith restrictor and i don't know burning oil. Help me please, I need a scavenge pump to 2gpm or less gpm?
