    Best review ever. I just need a quick simple mixer. If I write a million $ winner I'll pay for studio time.

    Hello Mary! Thank you for this very useful video!
    I have a question: if I want to use a condenser microphone (and then use the Phantom), but without the AAA batteries, can I replace them with a powerbank?
    Thanks!

    • @SimplyMary
      @SimplyMary  Před 2 lety

      I tried to use a phantom power supply and run it through there to spare battery usage and it did not work out for me =(

    Bom dia! Tudo bem? muito gentil se souber me informar o seguinte: Vou usar um microfone condensador,como quero efeitos de reverb e echo na voz,vou precisar conectar esse microfone em um outro mixer. minha dúvida então é se posso usar a saída desse outro mixer e conectar no line 1 ou line 2 da Go mixer roland pró x?

    • @SimplyMary
      @SimplyMary  Před 2 lety

      If your condenser mic uses 48v power and that is the only reason you want to use this device please see my video on the XVIVE Phantom Power box, it may be more suitable. If you need this for the loopback to perform live than it is a good option and you can line your output into your main mixing board. =) I hope this helps!

    Прдскажите пожалуйста при подключении к Roland mixer pro x студийный конденсаторный микрофон не работает! А обычный динамический работает! Что это может быть? Спасибо!

    • @SimplyMary
      @SimplyMary  Před 4 měsíci

      Please make sure the 48v power is turned on for the condenser microphone to work. Also, when using a dynamic microphone like the Shure SM-58 be sure that switch is turned to the off position! I hope this works for you!

    Am o întrebare vă rog frumos să îmi răspundeți,,, dacă telefonul nu este compatibil cu placa, aceasta funcționează corect,sau trebuie să achiziționez un tel care este compatibil,

      Îmi pare rău că nu am arătat clar acea parte. Vine cu un cablu pentru Android și un cablu pentru iPhone pentru acesta. Asigurați-vă că descrierea dvs. confirmă acest lucru. Sper să aveți o experiență bună!

    How do u get output from go mixer pro to a audio mixer

    • @SimplyMary
      @SimplyMary  Před rokem +1

      The usb port in the back will send audio to your Phone, for me, to my iPhone or iPad using Garage Band or other apps.If you would like to run this mixer, into another mixer, or into an audio interface or PC for OBS, to do a clean recording; there is a headphone and a smartphone line out jack. They have the smaller headphone jack so if you intend on using 1/4' lines you will need adapters. I hope this helps!

    Can we use it with speakers?
    And how can we do that please ?

    • @SimplyMary
      @SimplyMary  Před 2 lety

      Essentially your headphones are mini speakers so I would say yes. If you have a 3.5mm TRS cable that can connect to speakers from the headphone jack you should be able to hear sound that way.

    Hello lovely channel: Here is my Gear...
    An acoustic Martin D18 guitar with a K&K mini pickup installed. A SHURE beta 87a phantom powered mic. A STOMP BOX made by ORTEGA and a Fishman Loudbox Artist amplifier.
    Here is the question; I know the GO gives a dry signal, would it be a better idea to use DIRECT LINE IN LINE OUT and connect the amp to the GO? Would I then need to monitor with my headset in my amp or monitor with my headset plugged into the GO? Would the settings on my AMP have effect on the sound,...I mean is for example chorus and echo noted while monitoring? And the other question: Will my iPhone use the build in mic also when plugged in the GO?

    • @SimplyMary
      @SimplyMary  Před 2 lety

      Good question on the iPhone using a built in mic. I'm not sure on that one. I would monitor the overall mix with the Gomixer as the final signal and just level things well before running them to the Gomixer from your amp or other interfaces. You should be able to hear exactly what your putting out if it is mixed well. I hope this helps and I understand what you are asking correctly. I ended up getting a Phantom Power supply and then changing my mic to a Shure sm7b XLR version. That helps with the vocals tremendously! Batteries are too expensive=(
